Sunstaurant is a small independent map for finding sunny outdoor venues in San Francisco. This page explains the services the app uses and the limited data they may process.
Analytics and performance
The app uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure basic traffic, page performance, and Core Web Vitals. Optional Supabase-backed performance telemetry is currently disabled by default; if enabled later, it is used to understand app load and interaction performance.
Advertising
Sunstaurant includes Google AdSense code for site verification and may show Google ads in the future. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google's partner-sites policy.
Map, weather, and payment services
Sunstaurant loads map tiles through Mapbox and weather data from Open-Meteo. If you use the tip jar, payment is handled by Stripe Checkout; Sunstaurant does not receive or store your card details.
Local preferences
Favorites and dismissible UI preferences may be stored in your browser's localStorage so they persist between visits. These preferences stay on your device unless your browser syncs them.
